I can see this release NOT being digipack for the US. The Fate/Zero sets, for example, had digipack releases for Japan, but standard BD cases for the States... Either way, since I never got around to getting the LE's back when they were still "affordable" (quotations on purpose ), I'll probably snag this. Now to just decide if it's worth getting the S2 LE's and having a mismatched set...
Charles Carmichael always comes quickly.

Hmm I would wait and see if they do another boxset for S2. I mean that is probably years down the road but hey if there is a demand then you never know. People still hating on SAO but it is still going strong.

Digipacks or cases-I really don't give a shit as long as they hold the discs.

Well, after spending $35 on the complete Attack on Titan recently, containing the same number of episodes, spending more than 4 times that amount on SOA is like a punch in the balls. However, I've been waiting for this for a while so I will definitely be picking it up. I won't pre-order until I know the full details though.

I know a lot of people share that sentiment. The way I see it, funimation only released the complete AoT blu only after they had those who really wanted it purchase it as 2 separate cours.

There's no need to get into that AoA pricing debate again though. It's been done about 117 times here already.

Yes, we do have a separate thread for that, especially if anyone new to the forum here feels the need to dwell upon it.

Don't all of you agree that Aniplex of America releases are ridiculous?

Speaking of AoA I wonder what the hell is appening with Koyomimonogatari.
It's been nine months since the BDbox was released in Japan (1 month before Kizumonogatari part one), and still no news (not even an announcement that they have the licence) for it.
I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't release that serie at all.

So now that Funi () is dubbing Berserker via CR I guess that means they will be releasing it as well. I actually saw it while finishing up Death Parade last night. Someone mentioned them getting (Funi) The Testament of Sister New Devil?. Any truth behind this rumor and if so you think they will censor the crap out of it. lol
