None of the Walmart stores near me have any $7.88 bins and I still haven't been able to find that Gamera boxed set. I might just bite the bullet and order it from Amazon. Best Buy.com, Target.com and Walmart.com have been disappointing lately.

Although both versions, $7.88 and $9.96, list DTS-HD MA on the back cover, I haven't put it in a player yet to confirm that it is remastered. I'll update later if it isn't. |

There are probably three releases of the remastered Terminator. One comes with no uv code, another has a UV code for the Terminator movie, and the third one has an HD vudu code for Robocop. I believe Walmart is just pushing the Vudu brand on its products, hence why the code for Robocop is on the sticker and not on the inside. I would guess that they put them on the copies both the other two and just peeled off the uv sticker. Which is why some have reported to getting both DC copies of Robocop and Terminator. Also, just read the back cover synopsis, it will say remastered at the beginning of the paragraph as well as be copyrighted with year 2013.

Apparently the Vudu code for the Gamera trilogy is exclusive to Walmart stores. I would give it a little more time, I've seen it in different locations. |

I'm not looking specifically for the Vudu code, just the Blu-ray trilogy. lols. I've been stuck without Gamera 3 for the longest time and I need to add it to my library, before I order Gamera the Brave. Been a huge Gamera fan since the early 70's. lols

[Show spoiler] The ones that my BBY is carrying has a copyright date of 2012 and looks like this (pic is a little): [Show spoiler] This should hopefully help those still needing to see the difference that haven't yet bought it due to not knowing for sure if it was the remastered one. I'm still looking. But, I heard something about that Gamera BLu-ray trilogy that's showing up at Walmart stores in that it features new packaging with new covert art in a single Blu-ray case. I don't know whether to trust this information but there was a post made over at Toho Kingdom.com where a Gamera fan posted about it:
direct link to post about the new packaging details http://tohokingdom.com/forum/viewtop...502783#p502682 Can anyone confirm this and.or post a scan of it? I know that the previous version has an artbox slipcase with the movies in two separate Blu-ray cases. |

That's cool. Hopefully, I can find a copy of the new repackaging. Rather have all three movies in the same packaging anyways. By the way, did you see the alternative artwork that Mill Creek did for Gamera 3?
http://forum.blu-ray.com/showpost.ph...&postcount=138 Turns out the image used was from the first Gamera movie, which they opeted to change for the final version. |

Is this flick really worth it? I generally like buying cheap dvds with like 8 movies on there, as it helps to see some older stuff I missed and cant get free at the library. I just got an 8 pack HORROR dvd cause it had THE NAMELESS, and I always wanted to see it. It also had a THIRD Tales From the Crypt movie...never knew they made one...and 6 others Ive never seen. So for 5 bucks, its cheap entertainment for awhile and then I can get my money back at BBY with U&S!!! |
