Those images of Spock behind the scenes in the volcano are just bloody amazing!!! When I saw the prologue in front of The Hobbit I wondered how the hell they managed to make those firebits you see in the air (right there in behind the scenes) because it looked sooooooo good! Seems like some of that is real!!! All I can say is that it looked just so damn awesome in IMAX, so glad they used that format, can't find enough words to describe how happy I am about it!

No they definitely didn`t use fire to create that effect, and we soon find out how they did it as they start publishing special effects articles. But looked bloody amazing I agree Russian IMAX version of the movie wasn`t ready when we watched it, so we were shown it in 2D. But I`m invited to the pre-screening on May 14th at IMAX, so can`t wait to see it in the way it should be seen. But the movie is bloody awesome, I can tell you
