I deliberately skipped Unbreakable, cause it was about comics, and not from a comic. I thought that's what the thread's title insinuated, now I don't know...

At first, I wanted this thread to be just about people's favorite movies based off of actual comic books. But, I think that people including the likes of movies such as Unbreakable and The Incredibles is justified.
"Now the whole world's gonna know that you died scratching my balls!"
~James Bond (Casino Royale)~

"Oh, I'm not so bad...once you get to know me..."
~Agent Smith (The Matrix Revolutions)~

"Ah, yes...I was wondering what would break first. Your spirit, or your body?"
~Bane (The Dark Knight Rises)~

1) The Crow

2) Batman Returns

3) Iron Man

4) TMNT

5) Avengers

***I also cannot speak highly enough about Scarlett Johansson's portrayal of the Black Widow in Iron Man 2 and Avengers. She gave renewed life and a more focused purpose to an otherwise so so character and made a potential Black Widow movie a more feasible reality. I hope that one day I can put the Black Widow movie on this list.
