ok, I want to import this from amazon.de but I am having a problem understanding the costs and shipping and maybe other stuff I dont even know about. Can somebody help me?

it costs 22,99 which I believe equals out to be about $31 USD. The shipping is where I really get confused. Below is the chart that i translated into english from the amazon.de website.

Easiest way to check the shipping is to go through the checkout process but never actually finish it. It will give you the exact shipping charge/
