Did covers for Wall-e and Grand Budapest Hotel. GBH's cover came out a bit wonky after gluing but looks great. Appreciate all the feedback.

Can you explain your process a bit for the boxes that hold 3 movies, etc?

I'm not so much looking for a template, but rather the materials that you use, how you get it folded and looking as neat and professional as you do, etc.

I only ever once made a box like that a few years ago for the BTTF movies. I went through A LOT of trial and error boxes until I got one that looked decent, but even it was far from perfect (the folds weren't as neat as I would have liked them to be, and so forth).

Any advice that you can share would be appreciated!

I made a box of cardboard first (with all measures I needed) and then I put this printed "sticker" on it:

(I actually didn't print it myself as my printer isn't able to print such things so I had taken my artwork to advertising agency and they did it all for me).
Blu-ray wishlist: Let's Scare Jessica to Death (1971), Full Circle: The Haunting of Julia (1977), Body Snatchers (1993), Burnt Offerings (1976)- Coming from Kino Lorber- October 2015, Fire in the Sky (1993), When a Stranger Calls Back (1993)

Another set from Toxsic. More great work with a bit of a thicker cardstock. Great stuff.

Here are some slipcovers I did last week. Pictures are a tiny bit blurry, but that's because they were taken with a cell phone.

Anyways, a little info: These were printed on a 12pt cardstock. Each slipcover is 1 piece (as they should be) with professionally scored folds so that there is no image cracking when folded. The last picture shows the tops of the slipcovers and where the glued/sealed section is along with the scored and folded edges.

NOTE: A couple of the slipcovers look like there is image cracking on the spines, but this is just the light reflecting as these were taken in a room with about 12 windows, lol.

Thanks to forum member Keung for his Tourist Trap cover which I converted with his approval.

I will be posting more pictures as I get them done, so keep an eye out here

i haven't really posted in this thread in a very long time. just always super busy and i usually just let my customers post photos of the stuff they get from me and it's been a while since i made slipcovers for myself. so i finally found some art that i really liked and decided to do them up for my own collection. artwork was made by xshoty and converted by me.

WARNING! LOTS OF PICS!

Nice job. But I feel like you're going to have to keep making them for every Marvel or DC movie you end up getting, lol.

well, i only made those for the movies i didn't have steelbooks for and that i didn't feel like i really wanted to spend the money on a steelbook for it. if you browse through the covers of Marvel/DC films though that kernie made over hirescovers, there are a lot of films that xshoty either hasn't made or won't make. some that i'd like to have matching covers for would be:

Marvel
conan the barbarian
conan the destroyer
red sonja

DC
four batman films
constantine
red
red 2
stardust
road to perdition
super man films
swamp thing
league of extraordinary gentlemen
the losers

Would anyone be willing to make some custom slipcovers for me?

I'm especially interested in one for Disney's Dinosaur as it's the only one in my Disney collection without a slip.

Final Destination 4 & 5 with the cast posters.

Custom slipcovers for Game Of Thrones would be awesome as well, like the Best Buy editions.

If anyone would be willing to make some custom slipcovers for me and ship to The Netherlands, I'll gladly reimburse you for shipping and the trouble ofcourse.
