i just went ahead and fired off an email to them to see if they could tell me when they were going to ship out. like i said, maybe i'm just being impatient, but it shouldn't take them 4 days after you pay to ship a package. and if it does, they should really post that on the website to alert customers of the delay.

***UPDATE*** so i got a reply, and just so people know going forward, this is pretty much a one man operation and according to his email, he only spends 2-3 hours a day doing orders as he stated that he has a regular job and family. i can totally understand that, but his website kinda comes off like it's a full time business instead of a hobby.

I had a feeling it was a 1 or 2 man operation because of the time it took to ship and because his shipping label had his first and last name rather than a company name. Glad you received some clarification.

i also found another place that sells most of the same stuff VGBP does including the steelbook protectors. they're pretty much the same prices as VGBP, maybe a buck and some change higher in the end but they ship via the same method and claim to ship next day after payment is received and sometimes same day if possible. i placed an order this morning for 25 just to see how long it takes them to ship and to see if they're pretty much the same product as VGBP when i get both orders. the site is http://www.retroprotection.com and the they sell under the name retroprotection on ebay. they've got almost double the amount of feedback as VGBP and 100% positive.

16 days seems to be a week longer than I would expect something like that to take unless it was coming from overseas.

Blu-steels is overseas. They're in Germany. And 16 days for them isn't bad at all. My last order took over a month. I was kinda mad that it took so long, but the product is much better than other steelbook sleeves I've used in the past. They're worth it.

Well that explains it then. I've never ordered from them and didn't know where they were located.

This. My last order took over a month, so 16 days is awesome. This product is the best. I like the ease of having the steels just slide in and out. These are perfect and design is just the way I like them.

I am going to need like another 100 of these. Liz, plan on hosting another GB soon? Let me know if you do.

I also want to get in on a GB for these. Sometimes polybags just aren't enough protection for me.

Spent over an hour casing up 200 Steelbooks yesterday evening.
It has completely transformed my shelves. Everything looks so tidy and uniform.
Need to order 240 more SC1's and about 30 wider ones for my Kimchi/Blufans/ Nova and custom slips.
