Default What movie would you be watching the day before the end of the world?

So if the Mayans are right about the world ending on 12/21/12, what movie or movies on bluray do you think you would be watching the day before?

I seem to remember another "what movie would you watch on doomsday" thread where a bunch of people just said "I won't watch movies, I'd rather be with loved ones" or something like that. Yeah, noble, but come on, that's no fun.

If we're going with the Mayan doomsday thing, Apocalypto should be a must-see.

As for me, it would be a really tough call between my holy quadrinity of top favorites (Lord of the Rings, Star Wars, The Matrix, The Dark Knight), or a bunch of films I consider "the best" (probably things like The Passion, Lawrence of Arabia, Children of Men, etc).

Somewhere, I'd have to squeeze in Baraka and Koyaanisqatsi. Both of those would be must-sees; it'd be like my final glimpse of all of mankind and its wonders before the end comes.

Nobody really knows for sure. I'd think it'll either be instantaneous, or it'll only start on the day and continue for so many days, months, years, eons, etc. Given that the Mayans didn't believe in the end of the world per se, but in the passing of eras, I tend to believe the latter: that the "end of the world" will only begin on December 21st, if even at all.

I think it'll be best to wait until Dec. 22nd before coming out of the hole.

Fight Club.

It seems like I watch this movie every 2-3 months. Could be that I love how it sounds on my surround system.
