This will sway me to the PS4, unless the PS4 has similar issues, then I will avoid them both.

for me it is mnostely #4

#1) Let's face it, it might be necessary when in use but I will do the same thing I do with my PS3 now, unplug the camera when I don't need it. So it bother me a bit less than it does for many others

#2) I never bought a game from an other region so does not affect me. the reality is that I don't even know what other games exist in other regions.

#3) I don't buy used games and I don't trade in used games so it won;'t affect me

#4) on-line is a huge issue. I know enjoy gaming at places where there is no on-line connectivity

#5) games, yes games are important and I am PO that they did not really show anything interesting but not showing games so far and not having games at launch (or after) are two different things.

You're gonna need another plan because the XBOX ONE DO NOT operate without the kinect plugged in and recognizing things surrounding you and such. Its being said gonna take face recognition perhaps to even function but unplugging it to play you can't do so its a problem cause its always watching you and listening to you plus MOST 360 games will require/need operated with kinect.
