I saw Logan today and found it surprisingly touching. Fantastic film!

I posted some thoughts on my site:

Take another look at the full body xray in the adamantium scene, I think I know which organ we're talking about.

I'm not sure if this has been posted yet but it looks like they might do a black and white version.

This would be fantastic. Saw it last night in IMAX - had such a range of emotion across the characters that resonated well (tears in my eyes from laughter/being awestruck/reminiscing most of the film), and they used the R rating properly to give Logan the treatment he has deserved for decades. See this movie immediately if X-Men/Wolverine even appeals to you in the slightest. And if it doesn't - hell, see it anyway.

I saw Logan earlier today, and reviewed it in the Movies forum.

It's a right good movie, and it'll definitely be a part of my collection. I own all of the X-Men films, but I should probably put this one on the shelf next to Shane.

It's always ironic and interesting when current movies reflects current events as if "they" are trying to send a message or agenda. Lol. Anyway fantastic movie and my favorite Wolverine movie. This beat DoFP as my fave "X-men" movie, but Deadpool still on top ha.

Not only does that steelbook look great, it has a 3D logo on the side!

This wasn't released theatrically in 3D. Could we end up seeing a 3D version on Blu-ray?

I tried looking to see if India or other countries got a 3D version that the US didn't (it's happened before), but I couldn't find anything. The spine as a whole just doesn't look right, I'm sure it'll get fixed/finalized (hopefully with the same art).

Logan doesn't need 3D, and it would almost feel inappropriate at times. Besides, by the time it comes out, it will be hard to even get a 3D set if you don't already have one.

Agreed, the movie really doesn't need 3D (few movies NEED it, honestly).

I think coincidental (or prescient) in this situation since the script was essentially written and shooting was done quite a long time prior.

Agreed. I can't think of one single scene that would benefit from 3D.

I'm hoping there a "deluxe" version with
[Show spoiler] the comics in the film.

That's nice looking, but I'd rather have some edition with this poster:

That with either
[Show spoiler]Logan vs X-24
or
[Show spoiler]Laura jumping off Logan's back in the forest
on the inside of a steelbook would look amazing.

That IMAX poster is beautiful. Would love a version of the movie with that cover.
