Tried watching this last night. I'm a big Jason Statham and Payback is one of my favorite films so I wanted to enjoy this, but it was just so boring, I gave up halfway through the film. It didn't help Jennifer Lopez was in this.

I liked this. It was better than Statham's latest over-the-top crap like Crank (probably why fans of that frenzied fantasy adventure wouldn't like this ). Not his best, but a nice little revenge tale with solid performances all around. Unfortunately, Jennifer Lopez was given almost nothing to work with - she's much more than your almost typically helpless damsel-in-distress.

For a $5 tack-on title to get free shipping from Best Buy, I thought this was pretty damn entertaining. Great for straight, no holds barred, action. Much more gruesome than I expected, but not gimmicky.
Top 10 Favorite Films: 1. The Dark Knight 2. The Departed 3. The Shawshank Redemption 4. Pulp Fiction 5. District 9 6. The Lord of the Rings 7. The Empire Strikes Back 8. Casino Royale 9. No Country For Old Men 10. The Lion King

I've got the slip. Paid maybe $10 on Boxing Day at Wal Mart. Willing to part with it for $50

Agreed. I found it enjoyable as well.

I was going to finally pick this up for $5, but it didn't last very long at that price. I was surprised, but maybe it will drop to that again at some point.
