Exactly.

It's a shame, though, because for me, the one real problem with Django Unchained was that it felt like two different movies, with the third act of the first movie left on the cutting room floor. If we could get some actual scenes instead of that on-screen text regarding the winter that King and Django spent bounty hunting together, the film would work a lot better. Most of the character development for Django seems to have taken place during that winter. In other words, entirely off-screen. As such, it could really stand a four-hour cut. Or two separate movies, ideally. Oddly enough, it's the opposite of Kill Bill, which should be one (extra-long) movie. Django Unchained should be two separate films. One where he makes the journey from uneducated slave to pure badass, and the second where he takes his vengeance.

Quentin need to start putting his money where his mouth is. Until then, it's all just empty talk.

Exactly. I'll stop stop short of calling him a liar cuz when he says shit he probably believes it, but dude has made some whooping promises that have never happened on many things, and just runs his mouth non-stop.

Yeah, there's really been a few of them at this point, hasn't there.

Whole Bloody Affair? Check.

Vega Brothers? Check.

Kill Bill sequel? Check.

Killer Crow? Check. (Thought technically that could still be happening, I guess)

Casino Royale with Pierce Brosnan? Check.

The list probably goes on (didn't he once mention a potential Grindhouse spin-off that he'd been considering?)

Much better than I thought it would be (although I hated the opening song ). Leonardo DiCaprio was way better than I expected.
