How does one get the movie rating and blu-ray overall rating to display?

The link didn't work, but are you talking about clicking someone's collection and seeing the movie rating and blu-ray rating right under the title?

Click on Site Preferences on the top right. A little ways down you will see options for My Collection, then check a box that says "display ratings".

And you set the rating by going to the movie page itself.
