What packaging came with peoples season one of TOS, like any kind of handout explain what is on what disc?

I got an offer for a Sulu figure that's free with a shipping charge (this also has a promo for seasons 2 & 3 on BD. Comes too with an advert for Star Trek Scene It and an advert for the Motion Pictures on BD.

The disk contents are actually detailed on the inside of the cover which shows up through the case when you open it. However, that only details the first 4 disks. To see the contents of all seven, you have to take the cover out of the case.
