Quantum of Solace

Hi guys,

just bought this and it loads the trailers and the menu, but when I hit play, it has the little twirly laoding circles then it reloads the menu. I tried to go into scene selection to load the movie, but it loads the menu again. All the menu features (special features and sound) simply take me back to the menu. Is this a firmware problem that I need to update or does it sound like something else?

Just wondering.
