According to DVDFr.com, Le Dîner de Cons is Region Free and La Grande Vadrouille is locked to Region B. I think they're pretty acurate.

Damnit! I really wanted La Grande Vadrouille, stupid lock! I grew up with this movie...
We'll see if one day I get my blu player modified.
