Anybody else pick this up? I got it yesterday, but have not watched it yet.

For those that have this, how is the audio in the doc and concert???

None of the Best Buys near me had this. They had plenty on DVD though. Good price for the DVD set. 2 DVD set w/book was 11.99 but I wanted the Blu. 14.99 @ Best Buy

The always "helpful" Best Buy employees were dumber than a bag of rocks when they tried looking for it...

Amazon has it for 14.99 but I have to wait 3 weeks until Best Buys exclusivity for the Blu-ray is over...grrr I'll check around some more locally I guess...

I bought it. I only watched the concert footage collection so far, as I watched the documentary on VH1 a few nights ago. The footage is great for the most part, although it looks like a few shots were not done with HD cameras, and were not upgraded to HD either. It's not often though, maybe 2 or 3 split second shots in the whole thing. Oh, and it's great to have 3 sound selections. Stereo, 5.1 PCM, and 5.1 DTS HD-MA. I found the DTS to be the best option. For some reason, no clue why, the 5.1 PCM seemed to make the guitars sound drowned out. I didn't try the stereo option yet.

I kinda wish it had more extras, but for 15 bucks, I'm not complaining. I collect everything Iron Maiden puts out, aside from greatest hits albums.

Picked up a copy today at the only Best Buy in the Nashville area that still had a copy of it. I popped it in for a few minutes tonight and randomly hit a couple different chapters. It looked awesome! I don't have the best sound system in the world, but it sounded great on my little Yamaha system. (Sorry. I realize that you were probably looking for a more detailed answer.)

If you get the Palladium HD channel, they keep showing the live set footage in it's entirety daily

Saw the documentary last weekend, and the quality is outstanding. Don't care much for the music (even though I'm an 80's metal fan... ), but it was fun to follow the band like this.

A must have for any Maiden fan, that's for sure.

Is it just me, or does the sight of that plane in the air in glorious HD with the giant Iron Maiden lettering on the side give you goosebumps, too?

Good to see some Maiden fans out here. I ordered mine from Amazon got a bunch of blus comming my way. Saw Maiden back in 1983 on the Piece of Mind Tour. When you could still SMOKE at the show !

I picked mine yesterday and can't wait to watch it. One of my favorite bands of all times, watched them for the first time here in Houston in their only club tour in the US back in 1996 when they were touring with Blaze Bailey on vocals replacing Bruce Dickinson, man what a trip watching your heroes 5 feet away from you.

Watching this tonight, I was loving it. I did have one problem though. While watching it, I was getting audio and video dropouts at random times. But a quick rewind would allow me to see the parts I missed. Does anyone else get these audio/video dropouts?

I watched the film then the concert and had no drops, maybe you have a lose cable somewhere.
