I ordered fast five and it shipped out on oct 3rd and i still have not received it. If it is not there when i get home today i will be calling them.

It seems like whenever i order something from FS/BB and it does not get a tracking number it takes sometimes twice as long as something with a tracking number. My guess would be it them being cheap with their shipping method.

Mine shipped out same as yours and I'm still waiting. It did not come with today's mail either.

You say "twice as long" as a tracked shipment? That would be 2-4 business days lol.... This is more like 6-7x as long

Or more... because who knows when we will receive it.
We all need to call in or write to complain otherwise our voices won't be heard and nothing will be done about it for the future.

My previous have all been coming on time and My preorder for Batman Arkham City shipped yesterday and came today

Lucky you. Maybe you're more attractive?

Curious though, how early was your pre-order for Arkham City? Did you order it during either of their discount online-only sales? I placed my order during their Labour Day sale at 10% off, and it still has yet to ship out

I never have problems when I have pre-ordered games with them since they usually ship those out via purolater and they have arrived the same day as release day every time so far (knock on wood).

A tracked shipment usually takes about 4-5 business days to get to Winnipeg (if its shipped via canada post).

That's because it ships from Mississauga Ontario. I live in Oshawa. I'm used to getting my stuff delivered NEXT DAY even if it's not shipped trackable.

My Star Wars set was shipped a day before it's release, and it was trackable, and I received it the next day on it's release date. I wish they had done the same with this Batman game for me but that was not the case. However I did check it's status, and it has shipped (but no e-mail yet) and has a tracking number. Scheduled for delivery tomorrow. I hope.

I actually just pre-ordered it on Sunday (Oct 16) after seeing that it would come with a cool steelbook

I called Customer Service and they are gonna investigate with canada post or something and get back to me.

Well...that just sucks! I received my order and it's a DVD (The listing shows Blu-ray).

Granted....watching Kevin Smith in HD is not particularly appealing, but I always choose the blu-ray when there are 2 choices available. Back to BB it goes...

i pre ordered fast 5 steelbook still have not got it it been over 20 days since shiped i live in vancouver most times takes a few days not 20 days

Bond Volumes 1-3 are $19.99 each at BestBuy. If you buy two, you get one free.

So all three volumes (9 BD Bond movies) for $39.98 + tax

They've been at Walmart a couple times for $15 each, so not really that great of a deal.

Still a decent deal if you actually want all them though.
