all though Khan was a great movie, getting to see and hear the Enterprise in the new movie just blew me away. I felt like a little kid at the candy store through the entire movie with my mouth hanging open

So, what does that say about all the "real" Star Treks that didn't make it this far?

I agree, I've been watching Wrath of Khan since I was 5, and really have enjoyhed the new Blu-Ray, but the new Trek had me on the edge of my seat. I saw it twice in the theatre and can't wait for the Blu-Ray!!!

Listen kid, I've seen all the original Star Trek movies and the new one and while Wrath of Khan was a great movie it just doesn't hold up as well over the years. Not to mention Kirsty Alley was a real turn off in that movie. The new Star Trek was so good I almost cried. There was so much more to it then CGI. Not to mention it was a lot better then Wolverine or Terminator, IMO.
Movies that are MIA on Blu-ray. 1. Pink Floyd:The Wall (1982) 2. Naked Lunch (1991) 3. La Cage aux Folles (1979) 4. Fame (1980) 5. The Town that Dreaded Sundown (1976) 6. Sixteen Candles (1984) 7. The Changeling (1980) 8. Notorious (1946) 9. Whatever Happened to Baby Jane? (1962) 10. Dracula (1931 & 1979) 11. The Big Chill 12. Beavis and Butt-Head Do America

I'm not a kid so not sure where you got that from. I agree it was a solid movie, it just didn't have that ST feel to it for me.

I think ST II is a classic and definitely the better film overall. But, I went ahead and voted for ST 2009 since it's still fresh in my mind and I can't wait to see it again - even after seeing it in the theater 3 times.
Defeat of deduct must go over defense before detail does.
