I normally buy my Blu-Ray films from either Amazon, Play or HMV. Can anyone recommend any other sites worth using??

They have some cheap blu-rays at the moment for 8.

Pretty fast delivery (around 2 - 3 days) and items arrive in a jiffy bag too.

I've been using nixelectronics.co.uk recently. They take paypal, which is always a plus in my case.

TheHut.com and DVD.CO.UK. I order the vast majority of my BDs from the latter.

Found that cross checking these three with play is a pretty good idea, sometimes you save a reasonable amount. Sometimes just pennys but every little counts when you're poor haha.

Word of warning. 28 Days Later was shot on DV so it will NOT be in HD. I believe they shot using Canon XL1 to give the film a more grainy gritty feel, so the blu-ray is pretty much the studio ripping people off.

Play, HMV and Lovefilm are the ones I normally use; the latter have started giving you a free rental for every disc you purchase. Not bad if the price is ok

Oh, the irony. Every business mentioned here isn't in the UK!

They may be available to UK residents but they don't pay tax as they're outside the UK.

And we really need the tax too
