THE UNIT- Complete Series or Blu-ray of S4? - Blu-ray Forum

I am quite conflicted. I was waiting to watch more than the first three episodes of "The Unit" until the day it was over. Now it has come. They have a box set with all 69 episodes coming in late September for 109 bucks.

The Blu-ray of Season 4 only is coming the same day for 47 bucks.

I LOVE Blu-ray but this is FOX we are talking about, and they are notorious for delaying on earlier season Blu-rays of TV shows (See the non existent releases of the even numbered seasons of "Prison Break")

I don't want to wait forever but the gift set is tempting.

Still maybe I will save my money, netflix the show, and then season 4 will be Blu-ray.

It is a tough call as a fan. You may never see the other seasons come to Blu-ray for many years. The studios are being much more cautious with seasons of shows with marginal popularity.
