I'd love to get the 07,08 national championships in stunning blu-ray to watch them(osu) get demolished

I don't want to defend Florida, but they will play the preseason number 9 team LSU on the road, number 13 Georgia, and number 19 Florida State, and if they win all their games they'll likely play another top 15 team in the SEC title game, so let's not put Florida in the title game yet. They're schedule is harder than any Big East, ACC, or Big Ten schedule.

I'll be curious if true freshman Matt Barkley is able to keep the Southern Cal starting quarterback job with Aaron Corp out with a small crack in his fibula. It was rumored that Barkley was gaining on Corp during camp and if he does well I wouldn't be surprised if Carroll stuck with him.

It's kind of sad what's happened to Mitch Mustain. He was the national player of the year his senior year of high school, then went to Arkansas and went 8-0 as a starter his (true) freshman season. Then he got benched and decided to transfer after their offensive coordinator, who had been his high school coach, was forced out. He ended up at USC and sat out the 2007 season as required by NCAA rules, then was a backup last year and is now third string as a redshirt junior, and unlikely to ever start with 2 younger players ahead of him on the depth chart.

texas is actually 40th in sos. osu is 39, and 34 is florida... I do give props to OU and OK state at 3 & 14.

How does Minnesota have the 5th hardest schedule? Their OOC schedule is good but not horribly difficult. They should beat Syracuse on the road and South Dakota State at home, and they have 2 tough games at home versus California and Air Force. Their Big Ten schedule is tough with probably the 3 hardest games on the road (Penn St, Ohio St, and Iowa) but I still don't see it as a top 5 difficulty schedule.

lol gotta agree If OSU beats usc - their whole LB core and a starting QB it'll be the greatest win of all time in the history of college fb based on the coverage the media gives them. Lol you guys should rewatch the two NC's they got whipped in the announcers try so hard to give them credit even in a blow out.

I also don't like teams like MS and Iowa if they beat a great team its oh its a good win, but when penn state and OSU do it its like national news just like this pryor 4.33 40 lol what a joke I bet you could find 20+ guys in the SEC/ Pac10 or b12 who can do it.

Heyward-Bey never got a full Yahoo.com article when he ran a 4.25 but someone at OSU does a 4.33 and its a big deal

Agreed But I have such disdain having to be told every week O Buckeyes

To be fair the Yahoo article is blasting the OSU story as false and impossible.
