So, do you like HBO? What that collection needs is a few movies in it... Nice collection..

That is one giant collection, specialy of TV series. How many BD/DVD do you have in total?

I have to ask....Have you seen all your movies at least once? I just don't know how one could make the time to see all those movies? But I do see yo have a lot of passion for your collection

I haven't seen every single one, as I seem to accumulate them too quickly to watch them as they come in. I currently have a backlog of about 200, but otherwise I have seen nearly all of them. I tend to watch approximately 600 movies per year.

Ok. So I guess you don't go to the movie theaters, huh?

Every once in a while, but mostly just with friends or my fiance. If its just for me, I usually stay in and watch at home.

There a way that you can rearrange things so you can space out your speakers more?
Dynaudio: Sapphire, Contour SC - gloss white;
Drobo FS: NAS 15 TB;
Apple: Mac Mini, iPhone 5, iPad mini;
Panasonic: 50" 1080p plasma; Popcorn Hour media streamers

No unfortunately my apartment is only a 1 bedroom, and the TV etc is in a corner, and the wall that makes up the corner is only long enough to set it up pretty much how it is right now. I was thinking about switching the couch over onto that wall to remedy the situation, but then I would have windows behind the TV.

You need a 2 bedroom and have a room just for your movies. Do you have a preference for certain movies or do you watch any and everything that comes out?

I really like horror films, and the foreign classics (Criterion type films) but I watch pretty much anything. And oh how I dream of a second bedroom to transform into a movie room. (I don't think my fiance would mind either since she would then have her closets back, lol.)

That's a really fantastic collection. My only issue: NO TWIN PEAKS? You really need to grab Twin Peaks to round out your TV collection.
My setup:
Sharp Aquos 60" LCD|PS3 SLIM 120 GB|X-BOX 360 60GB|Yamaha RX-V663|APC H15|HARMONY 1 with IR4PS3|iPad 64GB|Razr MAXX|Polk/Insignia/eD speakers|Monoprice Cables
Using PS3 Media Server for all video/music streaming
Favorite Blu-rays: The Thin Red Line, Santa Sangre, Enter the Void, Lord of the Rings Extended Edition box set

wow.... that's getting close to the "two per day" mark.....

How do you have time to work, and take the fiancee' out

That's a fantastic collection though.....

Did you dabble in VHS or LD before DVD?

2 per day is quite nice.

I am satisfied with myself if I watch ~5 a week. But now I do game and listen to music as well
