Would BB honor and apply a manufacturer coupon to your order when picking up the blu? Has anyone successfully done this before?
I'd like to preorder the Snow White Blu and get my $10 off with coupon applied to my order upon picking up the item. Don't want to hassle and waste gas driving around town in search of the Steelbook case exclusive that they are offering if I don't have to. Thanks everyone for the insight on the matter JAYSONE |

I guess no one knows the answer...?
I bit the bullet and am ordering it online now and will take the chance since none of my local BB have the steelbook in stock.

A follow-up on this topic...
Went to BB today in Burbank and they wouldn't take the manufacturer coupon. The girl stated that ALL online purchases CANNOT be price-adjusted because the transaction is online. So, all gift cards, rewards & coupons must applied during your online checkout. So I stated, "OK, I didn't know that and I don't want the blu anymore." I don't know the "official" policy, but I didn't have it on hand to try to win an argument. However, I did get the last laugh...she never asked me for the SB back, even though she handed over two separate receipts and took a long time trying to figure it all out while re-crediting my cc. Returning home, I placed my order at Amazon; their loss is my gain!

I think there is no official policy. Best Buy seems to be a hodge podge of management policies from store to store or district to district. I assume in more competitive areas they have to bend more to the customer. They also have some of the poorest trained employees, so it often depends on who checks you out for purchase.
