they are three different stories about people getting revenge on people who wronged them. best i can do without spoiling. they are all fantastic movies.

So I am a bit confused about which release of Sympathy for Lady Vengeance is going to arrive on BD in the US. What I have gathered so far is that the Hong Kong BD, which I have, is the full color version. In the thread dedicated to that release in the Asian section it indicated that Hugh David said Tartan/Palisades only had a Fade-to-Black-and-White source suitable for a high-def release, while having both sources suitable for standard-def.

Does anyone know what version of the film the UK BD of Sympathy for Lady Vengeance contained? It seems like it would be the Fade-to-Black-and-White version, and, if that's the case, that's all we would receive here in the States as well.

Palisades Tartan has officially announced the Blu-ray release of Park Chan-Wook's 'Vengeance Trilogy', comprised of 'Sympathy for Mr. Vengeance', 'Oldboy' (previously released separately by the defunct Tartan Video) and 'Lady Vengeance'. The release date for this eight-disc set has been set on March 16. No separate editions have been announced.

even if each movie had a second disc of features and fade to white was on a second disc that would still only be 7

Looks like the price dropped to $59.99! Does anyone know how Best Buy handles pre-orders? Do they charge you as soon as you place the order? Or not until the movie comes out like Amazon?
