Does anybody know if there's some sort of coupon or discount if you buy the Target Exclusive Gremlins, if you already own the DVD? Please let me know i want to buy it but i already own the DVD and the BD Fund is running low.

Don't know about other places, but here in Akron area Target had Gremlins for $29.99-way too high a price.

I have been thinking all weekend if I should buy Gremlins on Blu-Ray or stick with The DVD version? It is one of my favorite movies,so I dont think I will be able to keep myself from buying The Blu-Ray version.

I wish we knew how long it would be exclusive for. If i have to wait until next year to get it, I may pay the target premium (I'm sure Amazon's price would be 19.99 or less).

I'd definitely like to see some screenshots. I have the really old DVD version so it'll be an upgrade no matter what... but still...

Well, I'm kind of going to get a discount on it, if all works as I plan.

I'm already planning on getting the new Kingdom Hearts game that is coming out tomorrow for Nintendo DS. Target is offering a free $5 gift card with the purchse of that game. So, I will just buy the game, get the card, go back in and then buy Gremlins and use the card towards it.

Yeah later, Target got the rights to sell Gremlins early, kinda like Best Buy has been able to do with Hot Fuzz,Children of the Corn,etc. in the past

30 bucks is a lot of money to pay for that movie, I would consider purchasing it at around 15 bucks.

It is priced at $22.99 in the Target weekly ad starting tomorrow. It looks like the Target in Akron put it out early and the price was not updated.

As much as I've been clamoring for this on Blu-ray, I can't justify the $22.99 price tag. It's only a matter of time before other retailers carry this, and I expect it to drop below $20. If I'm desperate to watch it anytime soon, I can whip out the DVD.

im a huge gremlins fan, but thats way to expensive for it. i went to pick up targets WoO today and i saw GREMLINS was sold out! rare occasion here in augusta, ga. blu rays aren't a well sought out commodity here.

so they prob sold 5 and they were giving out rain checks, i counted about 6 tear-offs before i saw it. crazy crazy.

I've bought a few movies quickly, and then seen them at 9.99-14.99 after a couple months. This will be one too.

It will be cheap very soon. Just look at the movie list here and see how many movies are 14.99 or less, and think how much you paid. For me it is more than a few.
