Default Fors* Lord of the Rings HT

I thought I would start a new thread to give the improvements I have added to my set-up some traffic. Feel free to post any comments or suggestions. I have only become interested and been a member of this great site since this past January 09'. I can say that a lot has changed since then, and hopefully for the better, except for my checkbook..... Thanks guys!

EDIT: And yes, I did change my name from Forsberg21 to Fors*, so it's still me!

I love how the screen "Just fits" between the T90e's & Center speaker. Damn, talk about a Tight Fit! Excellent job. Looking forward to your 1st Bluray review with your new set-up Fors'. Congrats!

Very Nice! Congratulations. I know that going from a 60" plasma to a 92" PJ screen was a huge difference for me, I can imagine what an impact it must be for you. You truly optimized your room dimensions there. Enjoy!

What an awesome set-up! I never realized just how large the S3's were. You need some better pictures though.

What's next on your upgrade list? Room treatments? Separates? Another SVS ()? Another pair of S3's?

Thanks for the comments vega2K and Jwilly! You are right, I do need better pics, but I need a better camera first. I do have 12 pieces of 12X12 1" thick acoustic treatments coming today from TheFoamfactory. For only $10, I figured why not. I will place some on the ceiling in front of the screen for light reflections, and perhaps get some sonic imporvement there as well. The other pieces I am not sure, but more than likely will go behind the speakers.

Thanks robinandtami, slickooz and sean! Believe it or not, but it is a 720p, and what you see could look even better and does in person. A better camera would have done more justice to em' for sure!

Thanks Gates and lou. Well, as far as the wife, that is the funny part....my wife got home late last night (like around 7:30 which is the kids bedtime) with the kids and they were all soo tired, they all went staright to be without even seeing it (remember, it is in the basement.) So, they haven't even caught a hint of it yet. I did warn my wife of the huge picture and told my daughter that when we watch Cars, Lightning would be bigger than her. Her eyes lit up soo much that it really makes the purchase so much more worth it!

Beautiful Home Theater Forsberg. You have indeed come a long way from where you started.
The new projector and screen are amazing. The way everything fits just perfectly helps give it a custom appearance.

You taken your time and did a lot of research in the pieces you have added to your system.
You have turned that corner from having just a "home theater' to a Theater inside you Home.Congratulations,my friend.

I think Tinkerbell will be her first choice....she has gotten more into fairies and princesses as she has gotten older...ugh! I'll have to wait a couple more years for my boy to get old enough to get into "boy" stuff.

Default Congrats on the New Set-up!!

Forsberg,

Looks like a very nice set-up!! I'm sure the pictures don't do it justice, but I'm impressed by how nice the screen fits and looks!! I'm sure the family is enjoying the "new & improved" theater.

My wife has me on "electronics" restriction, so I'm in the process of working on adding new Berkline powered seating She likes the idea of power recliners, and she thought the seating was really comfortable, but don't think a projection would pass the test right now, but you never know. I was able to "sneak" in a SC-05 earlier this year, and she even commented on well it matched the 05 Blu-ray player
