Another update:

All of my drivers have shipped, along with the LT/1300. It is all expected to arrive by Tuesday. I will also begin gathering enclosure materials this weekend. The enclosure dimensions are incredible: 49" wide, 36" tall, and 24" deep. That's not including the furniture legs that I will be adding to the enclosure. When done, I expect it to be as tall as my SDA speakers.
My recommended setup for Home Theater Virgins:

Speakers: Polk Monitor 50's, Polk Monitor 40's, Polk CS2 Center, and eD subwoofer or
HTIB: Polk 5.1 system and
Receiver: Non-Network Onkyo TX-SR608 or Onkyo HT-RC180 Network Receiver
Monoprice-For all your cable needs...

People thought I was crazy wheeling my A7s-650 on a hand truck, and that was only about half the size, yet still huge by normal standards. I guess I'm relegated back to normal status and not crazy status after seeing this beast. I think I'm gonna cry

Good luck on the sub DK looks super promising. After your new sub causes a sinkhole you will really have subterranean bass.

Yeah. It is huge. I've been getting the enclosure built and it actually looks like an oversized freezer.

On a side note, my amp and drivers came in today!

My recommended setup for Home Theater Virgins:

Speakers: Polk Monitor 50's, Polk Monitor 40's, Polk CS2 Center, and eD subwoofer or
HTIB: Polk 5.1 system and
Receiver: Non-Network Onkyo TX-SR608 or Onkyo HT-RC180 Network Receiver

Awww... I figured you'd already have it finished by the time the 19Ov.2 pair and LT/1300 got there. Come on now...

Side note: I can't wait to hear what that thing does to your house.

That's awesome news, DK. Keep the updates comin'!

On a side note, I finished building my DIY riser tonight for the eD A2-300. Waiting for the darned thing to dry so I can put it in place and give the sub a run on its new pedestal!

Update:

The enclosure is finished!

Problem is I'll need a dolly to bring it in. It's already a few hundred pounds. I'll install the drivers and amp as soon as I get the beast brought inside. Don't fool yourselves anyone. This is nothing short of a behemoth. As for a finish, I'm thinking a Piano Black...

By the way, I'll be posting some updated pics in the first post in a bit.

Great job so far, with a piano black finish on that beast someone might actually think it's a piano at first glance.
