I watched this today for the first time and really liked it.

Really nice transfer as well.

I think I avoided it initially, because I was worried about it being like Nick & Norah's Infinite Playlist.
More hipster nonsense.

I'm fine with the UK disc, it was part of a 3 For 10 deal and the existing extras were pretentious enough for my tastes.

Maybe I'm missing the boat here but I thought this movie was bloody awful.

It's self-consciously quirkly and overly simp-ish.

It just tries so damn hard to be charming but comes off as false. It uses so many different cinematic devices but is still a chore to watch. Annie Hall it is not.

Yep, you just missed the boat.... badly.

I disagree heavily with you on all accounts, but it happens. Not everyone can love this.

I definitely agree with you on that one, but I think it's still a good movie...even though it's obviously inspired by Woody Allen's masterpiece.

I just watched this movie and I don't see all of the hype surrounding it.

I think Joseph Gordon-Levitt is a decent actor, and while I hate Zooey Deschanel with a passion, I think she did a decent job.

The entire movie was very predictable, in my opinion, and just I felt like it was trying too hard. I guess people like this because it's more of a "guy" love story, but the thing didn't work for me.

There was a handful of funny moments, but that was about the only positive thing that I got out of it.
