Halloween 2 is the worst horror movie and has been talked about being one of the worst movies all time. Rob Zombie is like the uwe boll of horror. GI Joe is like a a movie godsend when it comes to Halloween 2. I am glad they got rid of zombie and are trying to reboot the remake series into something watchable.

At least G.I. Joe knew its place. A mindless action flick. They didn't try to talk it up like Zombie did as a "deep psychological journey of an emotionally tortured girl" or whatever the hell he said in an early interview. But hey, some people like forced "deep" imagery of scenes of dinner tables, and women dressed in all white riding a white horse.

i love rob zombie movies. i can't wait for this one on blu. the first 1 was great.

All I can say is this...at least Halloween 2 provoked a reaction. It's still in my head a week after I saw it...because of how disturbing some of the scenes were. GI Joe on the other hand left my brain as soon as the left over popcorn hit the trash can...and yes I did buy it for the workout on my sound system.

I will bye Halloween 2 on day 1.

HALLOWEEN II cost $15 million; G.I. JOE cost $175 million. If G.I. JOE knew its place, how come it's not rotting in Hell where it belongs as we speak? Even if I were to concede that both films suck (and I don't really feel that way about Zombie's), at least HALLOWEEN II didn't spend the gross national product of a small nation to end up as an Utter Fail.

Obviously you don't like Halloween II, and that's fine. I agree that it's not for everyone and can see how some would hate it. I happened to be on the other end and felt it had a lot to offer. Also,

Also, I hope the disc includes both the theatrical and the director's cut.

I didnt get to see it in the theater, so I cant wait for the release.

As far as getting both the theatrical and directors, I am pessimistic about that as he didnt do it on the first blu-ray release. And I hate the rape scene as the spring board for michael escaping. The theatrial version where he beats up the cops (including Sgt Callahan from Police Academy) was so much better.

Yeah, I prefer the theatrical version of the first one as well. I'm just hoping the disc for H2 includes both that way everyone can watch their preferred version.

I like the TC of H1 better aswell. But I have the strong feeling that the DC of H2 will be a lot better than the TC. I hope we get the official announcement soon. I can't wait for the cover, the special features, the new runtime etc.
