Hamp,

How is the scale treating you? I'm afraid to get on. Been really bad lately, old diet (no breakfast), no exercise, and plenty of Coke and M&Ms.

I want to say bad things, but also, I'm in between about the plateau...

I'm stuck, and when I say stuck, if I don't do anything for a couple of day's, it's still the same.

so, I'm stuck at the same darn amount if I work out or don't work out....

so for a lazy person, such as myself, what do you think I should do? ? ? ?

an example,

I was prepared for a the scale to shoot up, because the last few days, I pigged out, and I mean pigged out, but when I woke up this morning, I was the same as if I worked out hard as fracking hell.

I think a night or even a day or two of pigging out is okay. Metabolism should be high now from exercising and eating right in the past. Should be able to eat it without gaining. But if it becomes a habit the weight will be back...with interest. I've been off the wagon for a month and a half. Don't think I've gained much, been busy at work, and sweating like mad in this heat. I think I have gone up a few pounds.

250 is fine. You are tall, with a big frame, right? To shed 50 lbs is not a small feat.

Big boned is a classic!

I mean you have wide shoulders. It would be impossible for you to get to 165, right? That is one thing I hate about BMI, it just takes height into consideration. Anyone with shoulders, or muscles, will never be able to meet their BMI weight.

your right about this, 165lbs or even the 180lbs will never ever work for me.

The wife and I looked up my BMI, which is the 180lbs, and she didn't look happy if I gotten down to that. hell, I wouldnt be happy.

I haven't weighed 180 since grade 9 or so, and back them I was not fat at all. that BMI is messed up. How tall are you?
