No, it is a 2 disc set. Unfortunitly one disc comes in a paper sleeve and does not fit in the case. Looks like somebody screwed up when specifiying the amount of discs that would be in the case.

I saw this at BB today and thought it looked pretty nice, but decided against purchasing it because it only has a steelbook case and no extra content.
Better Blu than Red.

On the paper back of mine it was the same as my regular Blu Ray, and the steelbook said it had almost 13 hours of bonus content, but I haven't watched mine yet so I can't actually confirm the extra content.

Has anyone watched theirs? I'm assuming that the quiet re-release one could get by calling BVHE Customer Service which corrected the mis-framing of the original TCOtBP release that cut off Orlando's head in some shots is what's being proffered here.
My perception from watching Amazon Marketplace and the stock still available at the three Best Buys I've been to in the past week is that these are not moving briskly. Perhaps it's because there's no new content and there are so many other options vying for folks' Holiday coin? |

This does not bother me much since I put my disks in plastic cases and print out covers. I then store the steelbooks away from hand's reach. When I first got Watchmen, the wife's sister came over to watch it and she put the disk in the ps3. The way that she handled the disk and steelbook made me make that decision.

So far, yes, only the G1 size is available.

I think I remember reading that you can buy the steelbook inserts and just pop it into the open side. I don't remember where I read it at. Could have been in this thread
Don't have time to dig around right now but maybe someone else does or they know what I am referencing.

One of your James Bond SteelBook (forgot which one) should have come with a 2-disc case... Just switch the insides...
"The Minneapolis Lakers moved to Los Angeles where there are no lakes. The Oilers moved to Tennessee were there is no oil. The Jazz moved to Salt Lake City where they don't allow music. The Oakland Raiders moved to L.A. and then back to Oakland; no one in Los Angeles seemed to notice. Continued expansion diluted the talent pool, forcing owners to recruit heavily from prisons, mental institutions, and Texas."

I'm looking at my For Your Eyes Only and TCOtBP Steelbooks. It wasn't as easy as I hoped to be mindful of any damage to the tin and remove the plastic. Although the interior plastic mold is one piece, the pretty metal exterior is three separate pieces. The spine appears to be a metal strip attached to the plastic that looks like it might be difficult to remove without bending. Even if one was to successfully remove it, there's the issue of affixing it to the "new"/preferred plastic interior. Any tips on this if you've successfully switched cases would be appreciated. |
