Yeah the desserts were pretty darn good. Over the weekend I plan on making some home made vanilla ice cream for some root beer floats, and a double layer chocolate cake with buttercream frosting.

So how are you doing? What all are your plans for the weekend?

Today I plan on picking up X-Men First Class. And hopefully will be receiving Hanna in the mail.

Man do you have a sweet tooth or what????
You find a great fat free non-sugar Rootbeer and then you turn around and make a 2x layer Chocolate cake and if that is not enough you add buttercream frosting. Everyone in the household will be boucing off the walls. It will look something like this.

Yes I definitely have a mega sweet tooth. And you're right, most everyone eating these mouth watering treats would be bouncing off the walls as an effect of the sugar rush. But would you believe that all of the desserts that you've seen on these many pages are all sugar free. Yes no honey, no sugar, etc.

Everything is sweetened with Erythritol and liquid Stevia. And if you didn't tell anyone, one would be hard pressed to tell that there was no sugar in it. As a matter of fact all of these desserts are wheat free, gluten free, low calorie, and very low carb. They are truly guilt free desserts.

All natural ingredients, with no artificial stuff. They are about as healthy of a dessert as one can make.

Yeah I really think you'll like the Zevia brand of all natural Root Beer. Regular grocery stores probably won't carry it, but most health food stores do.

Yup, all the desserts were sugar free, low carb, lower calorie, and also wheat free and gluten free. But you wouldn't know it by tasting them.

I saw Hanna last night, and to be honest it wasn't everything I was hoping it would be. The movie just didn't draw me in, and it just seemed to be lacking something. Good actors but the movie could have been a whole lot better. It was an ok rental but not a keeper.

Tonight I'm going to see the new X-Men.

The cake that I made yesterday came out sooooooooo good!!!! This one has to have the best tasting buttercream frosting I've ever tasted. I had a slice this morning with coffee.

I'm still in awe that all those deserts you created are actually semi-healthy. You need your own show on the Food channel. You should submit a tape of yourself baking one of your delectable dishes. Remember, as your manager I get 10%.

Too bad Hanna wasn't all that it was cracked up to be. Blockbuster still hasn't received a movie I sent back to them over a week ago. Looks like I will have to open a claim.

Hi Jeff,

Yeah these desserts are much healthier than anything you can buy at a cake and pastry shop. I don't eat a lot of this stuff, but it sure is nice to have a delicious treat with coffee in the morning and not worry about consuming 250+ calories. All of the desserts I made are HUGE hits with family and friends.

Me on the Food Channel? I dunno.

Yeah Hanna could have been a whole lot better. It's an ok rental, but I was hoping for so much more from it. And usually Cate Blanchet does great in ther roles, but in Hanna she seemed wrong for the part. A bit of mis-casting there. So BB still has not received a movie you sent over a week ago. That happened to me recently as well. They finally got it after nearly two weeks.

Yeah the chocolate cake was off the hook delicious!

Yeah that's me playing in the video. With Trackmania United Forever, the tracks are like a rollercoaster ride. And the graphics are going to get even better with the soon to be released Trackmania 2 Canyon.
