Ace Ventura Pet Detective
Stargate
Shawshank Redemption
Clear and Present Danger
Star Trek Generations
The Mask

Great year! I even got 10 this time.

BTW I haven't even seen Hudsucker Proxy yet, waiting for the blu to come out. But I love all Coen Bros. so I feel good about ranking it up there.
I love rumors! Facts can be so misleading.

I remember that summer.

Definitely The Crow and Pulp Fiction get my vote. Didn't Speed also come out in 1994?

Wow, I didn't realize Ace, the Mask, and Dumb & Dumber all opened in the same calendar year! February, July, and December respectively.

Jim Carrey and good movie does not belong in the same sentence.

Agreed! Jim Carrey was awesome back then. I change the Fugitive to Dumb and Dumber then. I completely forgot that came out in 94. The Fugitive did rock the shit though.

I'm not going with my top 10 this time but my top 10 guilty pleasure films from this year as there are a lot of them. Most of you have named the good movies anyway though can't believe Forrest Gump, Wolf, Stargate, Clear and Present Danger or Clerks weren't mentioned yet.

Anyway these are 10 movies that for the most part are lame but find myself watching them every time I catch them on TV.

Little Big League
The Air Up There
Angels in the Outfield
Blue Chips
I.Q.
Iron Will
Little Giants
Maverick
North
PCU

Honorable mention to With Honors and The Scout.

As a side not there were 5 movies released that year with Little in the title Little Giants, Little Rascals, Little Women, Little Odessa and Little Big League.
