My new theatre; help me get it right!

Hello Everyone-
I've been doing a lot of reading and am about to dive head-first into the fabulous world of projectors. I have taped out in the picture below a 106" screen. I am looking at getting either an epson 8100 or 8500UB. That said, first question:

-When I go to this projection central calculator
and plug in that I am sitting 13' away, it gives me a screen size of 98" for either projector; will the projectors not allow me to go bigger than 98"???

-I want to keep my existing LCD tv for normal TV watching; should I wall mount it and is there a way to have a motorized or pull-down screen stick out from the wall enough so that it simply comes down over the existing LCD? My 2nd thought is to push the tv and tv stand as close to the wall as possible (you can see I have room in picture 2) and then have the screen again hopefully stick out enough to drop down over the tv, and then I could have the bottom of the screen drop to the top of the TV stand.

As far as the projection calculator goes, as I read it, 98 inches is the midpoint, minimum diagonal is 62 inches, maximum is 133. You could probably do Constant Height 2.40 if you wanted.
