Canada Halloween II (Zombie) Theatrical on Blu-ray ???

Halloween II "Theatrical" and "Unrated Director's Cut" are both on DVD, but I can only find the "Unrated Director's Cut" on blu-ray. Was the theatrical released anywhere on blu-ray? I know sometimes the french/quebec releases of movies sometimes have the theatrical cut. For example...the english Saw VI on blu only appears to Unrated, while the SAW VI "decadence" french/quebec blu-ray is actually theatrical. Any info would be appreciated.

There are theatrical releases only in the UK and Germany, but both releases are region locked to B.

There's one coming at the end of March in France but, allegedly, the company releasing it is prone to region-locking. It's starting to look like the only hope for those of us that prefer the TC is perhaps a Japanese release (sooner rather than later, preferably, of course)...

It seems that fewer films are getting seamlessly-branched these days.
1921 DVDs,
916 Blu-rays,
175 HD DVDs,
37 Laserdiscs
& counting...

Japan (also region A, like the US/Canada) is getting a 2 disc edition, with both the theatrical and unrated cuts.

The Alliance 2-pack of Rob Zombie's Halloween & Halloween II on Amazon.ca is indeed the Theatrical Cuts, even though they are showing the wrong cover artwork with a banner which says "Unrated Director's Cut".

http://www.amazon.ca/ZombieS-Hallowe...0487311&sr=8-6

I ordered this and confirmed they are indeed the Theatrical Cuts of both movies.

Just received the Alliance double feature today from Canada and can confirm that H1 and H2 are the theatrical cuts. And they've changed the banner on the cover:

I was pleased with the picture quality on both. They are on the same disc with a menu to choose a movie. There are no chapter selection menus or any extras.

As Doombear says, both films are on one disc. No chapter selections (but both films are chaptered) and no extras. I've only had a chance so far to skim through both films, but both are in their proper aspect ratios and look quite good on my Panasonic GT30 55" Plasma.
