CAnt win agaisnt non sim tactics, But honestly he would have beat me anyways i had a horrible game, donovan was ten yards off and throwing to wrong people jsut couldn't get really anything together good luck next round bro i lost like 35-17

Owner Update

PSN = FlyAsomughaFly has switched from the Lions to the Saints. He has submitted $4 to take care of the team price difference. PSN = Tunney0716, the former Saints owner will receive a full $10 refund if someone picks up the Lions. Until then his refund is only $4, which I will hold on to until I can find a new Lions owner. If no one picks them up then I will send Tunney0716 $4. Remember, you get a full refund if I can find a new owner who pays for the team you left. In this case, it was an owner who switched so only the difference can be refunded.

Good game ravens , nothing but good D by both parties

On a side note I have quick question about a few sim senarios

1. ( lets say tie game or one score game)
1st qtr or 2nd qtr or 3rd qtr ball is on your own 40yrd line and its 4th and inches, 4th and 1, can you go for it other then a fake punt?
2. your down 3-7 in the 1st half on your opponents 20 and its 4th and inches or 1 when can you go for it or you just kick the fg?
I ask because I have experience different senarios on each situation



3. Also Im having trouble getting user picks, a lot of the time I know the route and even put my safety in position to break up the route but I always seem to press traingle to late or r1 for the swat to late and they always miss, any tips!!! gratzi!

4th Down Rule - You may WISELY go for it on 4th down only in the following situations:

When you are in the 4th quarter and you are losing.

When you are in the 3rd quarter and down 21 or more points.

When it's 4th down and inches and you are at or inside of your opponent's 40-yard line.

Fake Punt/FG- Can only be done once per game.

As far as user picks go, it's all about when you take control of the player. If you control the person and they were already going to get the int, then you won't get it. You can't just switch to that player to get credit for the play. Most ppl who get user picks stay with that player from the snap of the ball.

well theres really no tricks as far as i know, maybe you just need to time them better.

I tried to make the 4th-down rule a bit more liberal. If you guys have ideas as to how to make it better let me know.

As for user picks, someone else asked that question and I wrote the following:

"It's all about timing. You just need to keep practicing. I play with auto strafe and sprint off. I recommend hitting practice mode against a bad QB or playing a lot of playing lobbies games. You gotta take chances when you get them even though it may result in an error for a TD. You learn by trial-and-error.

On deep passes, where the CB is ahead of the WR, you may have enough time to square up on the yellow landing mark and pick the pass off. Other times you may just have enough time to reach the mark just as the ball gets there. In that case you only have time to press triangle and try to do an over-the-shoulder catch. Whenever the CB trails the WR, always go for the swat or just let the CPU take over. If you go for the pick in these situations you may just get alligator arms and see the WR catch the ball for a deep TD."
