Hunt for Red October looks like it has some nasty-ass new cover art at Amazon too.

I'd rather have Paramount focus on getting out another catalog title or two instead of having interns create really bad Photoshops.

I don't mind We Were Soldiers (I prefer the original), but that Enemy at the Gates cover is TERRIBLE! It really does look like they're trying to capitalize on Inglourious Basterds. But the film is not anything like Inglourious Basterds...

Yes I did. I don't remember how the original look though (we were soldier). I am too lazy to look it up but I like the new one.

Ugh! That Enemy at the Gates one is aweful!! The DVD cover was the same as the theatrical poster, which was just fine. I liked the advance poster better though (insert shameless plug because I have it for sale

). It does remind me of Inglorious Basterds as others have said. I'd put this cover in the same room with the likes of one of those Steven Seagal direct to Red Box flicks.
