The Ultimate Matrix Collection Question? - Blu-ray Forum

Ok I purchased The Ultimate Matrix Collection Blu-Ray on ebay in a bid because it was much cheaper than Amazon. So, I received it today. Well isn't their supposed to be digital copies with the first movie? I watched a couple reviews and it had one with the first movie, and the images on Amazon (It had 2 digital copies in the picture) show some of the movies had digital copies? I just want to make sure I received an authentic one. All of the movies have only one disc (Besides the Matrix Experience one). I thought the first one most commonly had a digital copy disc? Mine doesn't. It also didn't have a single advertisement in the collection (Besides the Manufacturers notice). It looked like it was new and wrapped, and had a sticker (Plays in Hi-Def on PS3 and Blu-Ray/Players) with a Blu-Ray on it. Did they stop making the digital copies for the collection? Or did I get a fluke? Like is it possible someone wrapped it back up, and put a Blu-Ray sticker on it. I don't know maybe I am wrong.

Only the first Matrix film has a digital copy.

I wouldn't worry bout the DC anyway... the code is expired...

Also, is it possible they didn't include the digital copies anymore because all the older ones expired? And they stopped making new digital copies. The Matrix (First one didn't have one)

Mine had a digital copy for the first movie in the set. The slim case for The Matrix contained 2 discs. In fact, I bought this months ago and just realized last week that I hadn't used the digital copy so I tried it and it still worked.

Did your set have a 2-disc slim case for the Matrix? The activation code that came with my set was in the booklet (not in The Matrix's slim case).

It's possible since the digital copy is expired that they no longer include the digital copy with the set.

I'll check the booklet right now. Where would it be? Oh, and the first Matrix movie didn't have a slot for disc 2.

I just got this set from the WB Shop and it didn't have a digital copy disc.

That angers me... I actually want the DC of the Matrix but when I try it says its expired and won't let me... maybe I'll go home and try it again tonight

Sometimes Itunes will accept expired digital copy codes. I used an expired code for Wanted and it worked. Try it there.

i got the matrix digibook as well as the box set,,the digibook came with the code also,,you can have it if you want,,,,
not sure if its expired,,let me know,,,

I have the set too, and there was no digital copy disc. I could care less, as I never use them anyway.

That's where I tried it, several times... for my iPod, but grrrrrrrr... kept saying it was expired... haven't tried in awhile so I will tonight
