The Magnificent Seven Collection Blu-ray

Hang 'Em High Blu-ray

MGM Releases. HeH might be one of those DVD/Blu-ray combos. Both have a May 11, 2010 release date. No other info but specs will most likely be 1080p AVC in OAR with a DTS-HD MA 5.1 track for each release.

Thanks for posting. Do we know yet what exactly the Magnificent Seven collection is? The Amazon listing mentions Michael Biehn. Wasn't he just in the TV series?

I am assuming it is a Blu-ray version of this, but I don't know. Amazon might be listing the wrong actors. I guess we will find out for sure soon enough.

Cool, I think most probably hope that's what it is, but Amazon's crazy listing is likely just throwing me for a loop.

Love Hang em High but how about High Plains Drifter, Its a better movie. I'll take all of them thank you.

Good way to offload a bunch of sub par sequals. I imagine those sequels would sell very poorly on their own.

Having Michael Biehn's name in the Amazon listing is probably a mistake, but it would be incredibly cool if The Magnificent Seven Collection included both the movies and the TV show.

High Plains Drifter is a Universal title meaning we will all be dead by the time it comes to bd.

So which is it? The tv show or the movies? Digital Bits is saying the movies while Hi-Def Release Lists is saying it's the show. I think it's the movies seeing as how the first one at least is being released later this year in other countries and no place else has any mention of the tv show being released. Also that cover art is the same cover art that was used for the movie collection on dvd a couple years ago.

I would think it is both films--
The Magnificent Seven and The Return of the Magnificent Seven"
A blu-ray listed as "TM7" is also coming to Germany so I feel pretty confident that the US release is the movies.
They are both MGM titles so it makes sense.

I not interested about the other movies in this set, but what about the first one. The Magnificant Seven is an absolute classic. The big and only question here really is whether or not it has received a fitting transfer?
