lol...Kitchen is right off the bar to the left of the room. You can pop some popcorn for me. The view of the screen is pretty good from there too. And the bass seems to hit harder for some reason in the kitchen as well. You might actually like to hang out in there!

I saw this screen at a local AV store. It was paired with a Sony WV-85 (I think). It was like a giant floating plasma screen against the black wall. It only slightly dimmed when the lights in the room were turned on. But cost puts it out of my budget. It's pricey for a 130" cinemascope 2.35:1 screen. That an they don't make a black diamond AT screen.

Nice choice on the projector. I'm ordering mine today. Haven't quite decided on my screen material yet. I'm looking into a SmX weave or a SeymourAV weave. The only thing up front will be my eD A3-200s pulled back a few feet from the front wall.

You just reminded me. I wanted to get some eD logos for my subs and speakers. I asked Brett about it, but he said they don't have anything available. I love the look of the gear, but it wuld look better IMO with some brand recognition on them. You'd think they would have incentive to do something like that.
I wonder if they could do little lapel pins like my Revel speakers upstairs. They have a little lapel Logo pin at the bottom center of each speaker grill. Then you could add them to existing speakers.

I would love to have that Black Diamond screen, but there are a few factors that prevent it in my setup. Price (at the moment), the wall I would use has a window on it that would need to be closed off, and / or if I keep my LCD setup it is only available in fixed screen (no retractable option).

GeologyNut can speak to the price better than I can, but I believe that screen runs around $2000. I read a post this morning where he said he got it for 70% off. Lucky S.O.B. As for the rest of the issues, in my setup, I will have to wait until I get a different house (7 - 10 years from now) where I can have a dedicated room.

I'm not familiar with the A3-200s. Is that a typo?

eD told me they won't do that, but erict suggested having a local graphics shop do something like that for me. But I would need a high quality graphic from eD in order to do it, and I'm not sure they'll release it to us (maybe for a fee...since that could be considered digital rights). Erict e-mailed them about it, but I haven't heard from him if they've answered yet.
