It's entirely possible that you may then find a new Trade Thread for that PS3 Slim and my Oppo DV-980H....Will soften the blow on getting a BDP-83.

Great idea! I can't wait to see that Panasonic in there. I wonder what type of screen you are getting, I know you're going for 16:9, but are you picking a white or grey screen? Motorized, Framed or pulldown.
