Gamer vs Death Race

Which did you like more, Gamer or Death race. Also which is more demo worthy, i haven't seen death race but i know gamer sound wicked crazy and looks amazing too.

i havent seen Gamer but i ended up liking Death Race a lot more than i thought i would. cant wait for the original to come out

I enjoyed Gamer more all around. Movie, audio and video. I did still enjoy Death Race, just not as much.

For me it is a draw. Both BDs have reference AQ and PQ.
If I had to chose the one to pop in to demo, I will use Gamer.

Asking me to choose between Gamer and Death Race is like asking me to choose between my wife and my girlfriend.......

...but for demo purposes, I would go with Death Race

PQ on gamer is better, but the movie is friggin dumb
its like crank 2 mixed with doom or sumthing
death race is a frikkin sweet movie, lota fun to watch, story is a little dumb, but great action and AQ, and one friggin hot babe!

Yeah, "Gamer" has its moments and ideas, but I felt it was way too messy and kinda dumb. "Death Race" has a superior story, and (at least slightly) better characters. Both have decent production value, and both look awesome on BD ("Gamer" is probably a cleaner and shinier image than "Death Race," but I'm sure a lot of that is because both films used different cameras (digital vs 35mm film)).

Both movies are awesome! So it's a draw really. But if I have to vote I will go for ''Gamer''.

Death Race has better action sequences.

Gamer has a better villain in Michael C. Hall.

Don't think either movie is great, but if you're purely looking for "demo material" Gamer is the hands-down winner. The PQ is fantastic and the lossless DTS 7.1 track is perhaps the best sound I've heard on a Blu-ray yet. The opening action sequence will absolutely blow your mind!

Death Race is 10 times better in terms of the actually movie but Gamer in my opinion is the better demo material.
