So much potential, but it fell flat. There is no story, and it's boring. The movie is like a random collage of scenes that make no sense. there is a lack of exposition, and no prior set ups for the big events, so they have no impact when they do occur. There is also too many random things that occur that make no sense too.

It's like half the film is sitting on the cutting room floor somewhere, or they pulled half the pages out of the script at random. Anything resembling exposition, plot advancement, set-ups, or pacing was put in the paper shredder.

I wholeheartedly agree. There is absolutely no character development whatsoever. Even Perseus' development is rather weak. The script also suffers in places and when it is stronger it is because it resembles the original Harryhausen version. The action sequences alone make this a 6/10 in my book instead of a 5/10. I still don't understand all the hoopla concerning Sam Worthington because he's a poor actor and spends most of the time mumbling his lines like a drunken Englishman.

I really enjoyed this movie. But was waiting for a price drop before I purchased it... Went to Amazon.com yesterday and saw a $15 price tag and jumped on it.

It has replay value for me because of the great action and special effects. But I agree.. I really don't see the hype with Sam Worthington. I think he's a very poor actor.

Hope to get this on bf. Did not see it in theaters (heard they did a really bad job with the 3d) but this film looks like it would be worth it close to the $10 area.

Yea, this was a fun summer flick and that's fine with me. Been waiting forever for the price to drop also but there is a chance since Best Buy is offering it as one of their black friday blu-ray specials for $12.95. Luckily I have a nephew who works at one so hopefully he will grab one for me. If not I'll hit Amazon.

I liked the movie. Knowing it was Louis Leterrier directing pretty much told me "non-developed blockbuster," which it was.

This movie would've been a lot better with the deleted scenes reincorporated back into the film along with the original ending, which was a million times better than the one we got!

I did not enjoy this movie last April in theaters. It was in 3D, the images were truly bad and I quickly got real bored. I saw it as a rental so I could have a look at it on Blu-ray. It was a bit more enjoyable this time. There is no story and it's missing the charm and innocence of the original but not as bad as it was in theaters. At least I could see something with the Blu-ray.

hey guys i want to order a copy of Clash of the Titans Steelbook and it would be a blind buy, but i keep hearing the movie is not good at all? if thats the case then thats whats stopping me from getting the Steel. Why is the movie that bad as they say, because when i look at the trailer on youtube it looks REALLY GOOD. HELPPP

If it looks good to you then get it. Personally I enjoyed it.

This was a ok movie.I saw this in 3d in theater it was the worst 3d I have seen.
