Denon AVP-A1HDCI(A) Preamplifier

This thread is dedicated to the Denon AVP-A1HDCI(A) Preamplifier. The AVP-A1HDCI(A) is a high-end 9.3 channel surround preamplifier.

Very nice.....THX Ultra 2 certified and I believe it claims to push 150 watts, but I am not sure with how many channels? The 3 sub-outs is something I haven't seen before, and I see it has 6 HDMI inputs and 2 HDMI outputs as well. However, the thing that really caught my eye was the fact that this thing weighs in at 131 lbs!!!

There are not too many TV stands that can support that kind of weight......wow!

Its a pre-amp...it shouldn't push any watts.

I just checked, the Pre/Pro unit which has been out since February of 2008 only weighs 59.5 pounds. The weight is in pounds, not in Kg.
