This is an email I received from them, stating it is a steelbook, so yes this is false advertising!

Don't know about you guys but I think it looks good in the pics. Well the artwork does. There are 2 reasons I didn't order though. One is that I have a complete 100% steelbook record, two, I was on the fence about buying it since i've seen it and wondered about its replay value. This just made the decision easier.

I put in an order for the hurt locker.. hopefully its legit.

They are a little down under. But i wait for the Steelbook, Steelcase or SMP and look when it´s arrived. And in the future i dont preorder at JB i think.

I am very disappointed to learn from other customers who have posted on Blu-ray.com that this release is not SteelBook as listed on your original listing (SHERLOCK HOLMES (BLU-RAY) (STEELBOOK COVER)), but much inferior knock-off MetalPak casing. I am a SteelBook collector and the only reason, I and many others from around the world order these items all the way from Australia is for the SteelBook casing. As the cases are MetalPaks instead of SteelBooks, I and others feel that you have misrepresented the items for sale. I would like a full refund for this order. I will refuse delivery of your shipment and they will be returned to you. Please make sure that the items you have for sale in the future are indeed correctly described. SteelBook is a trademarked type of case and should not be used to describe a generic metal cases such as Iron Packs or MetalPaks.

So I got this in the mail today.. not sure what all the hate is about for the MetalPak, its a very lovely looking case. Its slightly heavier than the Steelbook, and the Spine is not the same, but other than that it still looks great.

The cover for Sherlock Holmes is very shinny, and the title almost has a 3D look to it when you move it around. No ratings logos
