Unofficial Iron Man 2 Blu-ray Release thread - Blu-ray Forum

Not sure if you guys noticed, but Amazon has an August 28, 2010 date for the French release. Our buddy, Phil(Kynch) says that all retailers seem to stick a 4 month window on Theatrical to BD releases. I imagine this may get pushed back to more like Sept or October, but hey its good news

As long as they do as good a job on this Blu as they did on the first one, it should be great.

Of course, that's hoping the movie is good too.

I cant wait even though the second does not look as good as the first to me. I hope to be proven wrong next weekend.

You know, if they do a steelbook, I can see something similar to how Futureshop did the TDK steelbook. Iron Man and War Machine poster on front. Whiplash poster on back.

Sadly, I heard this part of the trailer got cut from the movie, the scene where Tony Stark says 'You Complete me!" This was mentioned in the Iron Man 2 thread...not sure if its official or not, but a few different people mentioned that scene didnt make the final cut

I'm happy to hear that, for some reason that scene did not really sit well with me. Really hoping this film is as good as I think it good be, but the trailers I've seen dont give me a good vibe. Hope to be very wrong and very happy next friday.

Yeah, I read about that. Something about him being drunk...I don't know, it sounded like it was good though. Movie looks good though.

Sounds fairly reasonable since that's four months after it's theatrical release. Sometime in September is my guess.
