Here's just some of the ribbons

DOUBLE KILL XP
Complete an objective in Operations or Warzone to receive double XP for each kill. This ribbon lasts 60 seconds.

INCREASED ACCURACY
Increases weapon accuracy for all weapons by 25%. Reduces the spread for bullet weapons. Get three melee kills to earn this ribbon.

BULLET DAMAGE
Increases bullet damage by 25%. Get five assists in a single round to earn this ribbon.

FASTER AIM
Enables players to aim down the sights of primary weapons 50% quicker. Get X kills while zoomed in to earn this ribbon.

FASTER RELOAD
Enables players to reload faster. Get ten kills without using zoom to earn this ribbon.

I was hoping with this beta we would of got to use at least one of those
Still a brilliant game though. I thought Killzone 2 was brilliant but this is mile better!

Yeah out of the 3 maps in the private beta Frozen Damn seemed to me to be the equivilent to Radec Academy if you like, it was smaller and has the open arena in the middle, although i didnt like Radec much i do like Frozen Damn its got alot more to it. still in my opinion the other two maps Corinth Highway(Exo and WASP) and the Turrbine Concorse SE6(Jetpacks) were alot more fun so im really looking forward to seeing some new maps because Frozen Damn really is just the tip of the Iceburg

I found something that needs adding to this game last night. I had some time to kill so thought I'd have a go at online, after eventually getting my Move to work I selected the multiplayer option and it said 'connecting'. A minute later it still said 'connecting'. Another minute and still no change, wasn't getting any error messages just 'connecting'. At this point I thought bugger this I'll play bots, but I couldn't because there isn't anyway to cancel 'connecting' and go back to the menu. So I had to quit out of the game back to XMB and then restart the game again (which means re-calibrating the Move which for me seems to be 50/50 whether it will work or not). . All it needs is the option to press (circle) to quit out of the connection process, not too much to ask is it? And would save me some annoyance

I can't wait to get to use the Exoskeleton!! I take it they control pretty much the same as they did in KZ2.

Yeah they control pretty much like your regular player actually Fire , run , sprint , jump all the same, just an extention of your player really, pretty awesome. just beware of the WASPS they will lock onto you and take you out in one shot easy

This happens constantly to me, should imagine its even more annoying having to calibrate move everytime. nevermind should be all sorted for release

Man the demo is fun when you can actually get connected and play but it took me 6 tries to get online last night then after about and hour I got booted and couldn't get back on.

I will say its a lot of fun but I hate how I kept getting killed in like 1 or 2 shots from the other team and I would sit there and unload a whole clip of ammo at some people and they wouldn't die. I guess they just have the better upgraded weapons?

Any accessories don't like USB hub. I had trouble with my Arcade controller, my Driving Force GT, not to mention my PS3 won't recognise an USB flash stick connected through an hub. Just for the sake of it, I tried connecting my PS Eye through it and I couldn't play Time Crisis. I'm fine with my 60 GB PS3 since it has 4 USB ports, but for my Slim, what I did is plug the Eye into one of the port, and with the other one I run an USB repeater cable 16ft long (this one) from my Slim to next to my couch, so I can plug/unplug everything pretty easily. It comes in handy especially with my Flying Stick, since it has only a 5ft long cord.

They are probably getting you with headshots, or theyve got a damn shotgun what class/weapon you using ?

Edit: plus once you rank up you get Armour

I think in all FPS games there are times when you fire off a round at someone and they are still standing and they hit you with one shot (not head) and you're dead.

In this beta I've had a few "what the?" moments when I shoot the hell out of someone who then kills me with a couple of shots. But I don't know what class he was or what extras he might have earned, so I'm trying to just accept these occassional annoyances.

There are also times when you come up against someone head on and you both fire but his shot gets you and you don't shoot at all, I guess it comes down to the miliseconds between the trigger being registered by the game. Still bugs me though, when I know I hit the trigger - but I accept I'm not great at up close shooting, I always overcook the aim and miss! I like the engineer class the best and marksman second.

M82 is my favourite. I've not unlocked it yet or the silence version. Hopefully I'll unlock it when I get on again sometime this week
Question though..... The stats you are collecting in the Beta will they carry on over to the final release?
