When I see Miley Cyrus I automatically think it's Disney

I might rent it. Greg Kinnear is a solid, underrated actor. Miley's involvement turns my stomach, though--I just can't imagine her giving a strong dramatic performance. And the Nicholas Sparks pedigree isn't super-appealing either.

That's a little unfair, the girl is only 17 and has really only done this and Hannah Montana. That said, acting school would do her a world of good and since she wants to focus on acting, hopefully she'll go.

Not sure why so many people are interested in this. It's horrible according to my cousin... she's a huge Miley fan and she hated it. That should say a lot.

The Hannah Montana Movie was great.
And I love most things Nicholas Sparks, but for some reason I didn't see this in theaters.
Will probably pick it up if I can get it for under $20.

Both feature similar performances by Cyrus, she needs acting school or an acting coach to improve her range, her looks will only take her so far.

Nope they sure aren't, I still think TLS is at least pretty good. I will admit it's not the best movie but I adore Miley and I think Greg Kinnear was really funny in it.

I wish the price of this would go down. I haven't seen it, but I've been hearing from other people that it's a really good movie. I wanna blind buy it, but not at the current price. I'm hoping it drops to $20 or less.
