I found this on another forum, but can't verify it. What's up with that 2007 date?

I'd certainly buy it on Blu even though I don't rate it as highly as Phantom Of The Paradise. What RH does have is a absolutely unrestrained performance from Tim Curry and a truly great song in Science Fiction Double Feature

Just FYI, the "official" post was an April Fools' Day joke I perpetrated:

As soon as this is announced for real, I will let everyone know.

Wonder if there's any chance we'll see a 35th anniversary blu-ray edition in 2010?

Don't dream it...

Despite selling off many discs to kick-start a BD collection, I have retained my dvd copy of Shock Treatment. Not so sure if that follow-up will ever come out on blu-ray...

Default The Rocky Horror Picture Show!!!!

I almost died when I saw this is now available for pre-order!

When there wasn't any news since last year about its release I thought it might have been put on hold! Cannot wait!! I hope the quality will be great.

*PS I also died at the sight of Grindhouse and The Sound of Music! Oh happy day!

Yeah, if they include all the extras from the 25th Anniversary Edition I am in for it.

Bat-Mite: "Batman's rich history allows him to be interpreted in a multitude of ways. To be sure, this is a lighter incarnation, but is certainly no less valid and true to the character's roots then the tortured avenger, crying out for mommy and daddy."

As long as it has the U.K. cut, I'm on board (day one if "Once In A While" is reinserted back into the movie).

Would love to see Shock Treatment on blu as well.

According to wikipedia there was a casting call in New York and filming in Los Angeles with a pre-selected "Shadow Cast" announced for "Special Features" content but other than that I couldn't find any information.

I hope there's lots of extras though, such a legendary movie!

I may just have to come up to the lab and see what's on the slab

I am also hoping it's the UK ending.

I hope so. I just think since this news is very "under the table" that it prob won't.
